Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, with no signs of wear or installation

  • All accessories and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Note:
As this is a tool product, once used (including installation attempts or wear caused by opening), the item cannot be resold and will not be accepted for return. Please inspect the product appearance and size upon receipt to ensure it meets your needs before using.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, providing photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Used tools (including signs of installation, scratches, grease stains, etc.)

  • Custom orders or bulk purchase special orders

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Return conditions are the same as above: the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags intact, in its original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
